Nordoff and Robbins
Nordoff and Robbins deliver music therapy to a range of clients across the UK, including some of the most vulnerable people in society. They meet the growing need for music therapy by training music therapists and ensuring that their skills are not only maintained but developed.
Nordoff and Robbins research music-making and its potential to inform how they can support their clients and people in challenging situations.
The new website I developed for the charity made use of the Roots Sage WordPress theme, and made extensive use of the Mix build system and Laravel Blade templates, as well as very customised Tailwind CSS configuration.
The colourful and complex design required an intuitive CMS to achieve the required aesthetic, and I made full use of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to add custom fields for several post types and page templates. The result was an easy-to-use and powerful CMS that made content editing and publishing very straightforward.
